THE BEST EVERYTHING!!!

I love ordering everything from Chewy because of their quality products, competitive pricing & excellent deals, accurate filling of my orders, super easy to navigate website, fast & considerate shipping & delivery, and their incredible Customer Service!!!
Shout out to Renee W. in customer service for your quick response and immediate resolution to my issue regarding a smaller, more fragile item which arrived damaged due to being packed loosely with a large, bulky, heavy item. Not only was my complaint forwarded on to the appropriate department to investigate & stop any future packing problems at the source...but Renee also had a new replacement for the fragile item sent out free of charge which arrived the next day...AND all of this was initiated before Renee's response to my email which I received in less than 5 minutes after I hit send! You Rock, Renee!!
Thank you ALL for making Chewy the BEST!

Major auto ship issues! Annoyed

I continue to have nothing but issues with my auto ship of my dogs food. Due to allergies I need this food regularly and the shipments pend for days then cancel with no explanation. Highly annoyed with their service

Amazing company!!! Sympathetic and fair!

Amazing company! I've ordered numerous products over the years...just happened to order something my vet told me was possibly not safe for my dog, I emailed chewy and immediately they reimbursed me without asking. A week or so later my other furbaby passed away unexpectedly, chewy sent a HANDWRITTEN sympathy card and fresh flowers delivered to my home!!!! You just can't ask for more companies like this!!!!

Don’t expect a refund

Don’t expect a refund, if you are owed one from Chewy.com! It has now taken me 2 months, 7 phone calls and 3 supervisors to even attempt to make it right! Chewy.com will never get my business again.

Terrible customer support/Reliability

I placed an order for bulbs for my iguana and bearded dragon. After receiving a confirmation email, the next day I received an email saying I need to call and verify my information. AFTER verifying everything, I was told they will be shipping the order. 3 days later, I did not receive the order. I email the support, clearly explaining everything, and their response was to call them to verify information. Again. Clearly ignored the details of the email. Do not rely on them for things that are NEEDED.

CHEWY IS AN AMAZING COMPANY!!

I had to unexpectedly put my cat down yesterday so I called Chewy today to cancel her auto-ship. The representative was so kind and helpful. Did a full refund of the food I had left and when I asked how to return the food, she recommended I donate it to a shelter or my vet. This was a very pleasant surprise. I'll be taking the food to my vet tomorrow when I go pick her up. What a wonderful company. I highly recommend them.

The best birthday package…

I wanted to send my great-full thank you’s. I ordered a Birthday box for my Jackson and he loved the toys that came with it. He has not stopped playing with the Birthday Cake and the Cup Cake. Best toys. He also loved the Birthday Cake treats the best out of the treats that came in the box.

ONLY HAVE SUPER WONDERFUL THINGS TO SAY ABOUT CHEWY. Just have to add.....LOVE NEW COMMERCIAL ABOUT THE PEANUT BUTTER BOX!! My Olivia takes meds twice a day with peanut butter. They know!!!!!

I am having trouble returning an item to Chewy.

A:

If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
